Shipping

We deliver to every city, town and cantonment in Pakistan with a working courier service.

Rates

• Standard delivery: Rs. 250 flat per order.
• Free delivery on orders over Rs. 9,000.

The rate is shown clearly in the cart and again on the checkout page before you place the order.

Delivery time

• Up to 15 working days from order placement.
• Most orders in large cities arrive in 3 to 7 working days.
• Remote towns and rural addresses can take the full 15 days — pack a little patience.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. We do not count Sundays or public holidays.

Couriers

We use TCS, Leopards and M&P depending on which service runs the strongest route to your city. You will see the courier name and tracking number in your order confirmation email and on the order page under My account.

Address accuracy

Please share:

• The exact house / shop / plot number
• The nearest landmark the courier will know
• A working mobile number the courier can call

If a parcel is returned to us because the address or phone was wrong, we can re-dispatch at a Rs. 250 re-shipping charge.

Order tracking

Every order confirmation includes a link to the courier's tracking page. You can also open the order from your account to see the latest status and the courier tracking link.

Problems

If your parcel is marked delivered but did not reach you, or the courier has been sitting on it for over 10 working days, email hello@rangify.store with your order number and we will chase it up for you.
